Ohio Counties : Darke, Shelby, Logan, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, Brown, Warren, and Clinton. Kentucky Counties: Boone, Campbell, Grant, Pendleton and Bracken.
